In Albanian "te dua" means "I love you", but the verb "me dasht" also means
to need, to want and to love.
So when an Albanian tells you "te dua"
he's telling you he needs you, wants you and loves you
all at once.
And I think that's beautiful.
"That's how you know you love someone, I guess, when you can't experience anything without wishing the other person were there to see it, too."
"...and I'm jealous of every girl who came before me. The girls you knew, the girls you kissed, before you had even heard my name."
